<p> 人无完人，我们无法要求人力资源经理十全十美，但是，有些行为或性格是不适合人力资源经理这个职位的。 </p>
<p> 第一点不足：定位虚高 </p>
<p> 在 一些基层经理和员工心目中，所谓人力资源管理就是管管招聘和人事档案等杂事。后来，设立了人力资源部，有了人力资源总监，招来一批斯斯文文的“知识分 子”，上来就大谈战略，说是要成为公司发展的战略伙伴。左一个战略，右一个战略。大家还没搞清楚这是怎么回事，又开始大谈特谈企业文化，说人力资源部是公 司文化的倡导者和代言人。到后来，又说要做公司的人力资源咨询顾问。再后来，又说要当基层经理的管理助理。 </p>
<p> 从战略伙伴、文化代言人，到咨询师、管理助理，业务部门的人不免心理嘀咕：“人力资源部的那些家伙到底是干什么的，简直一帮大仙啊！” </p>
<p> 第二点不足：舞文弄墨 </p>
<p> 公 司里大部分经理人员都是业务出身，缺乏基本的管理训练，大多凭经验和感觉做事，只会埋头苦干，起早贪黑，忙里忙外，连歇口气的工夫都没有，可人力资源部的 人有事没事就爱写长篇大论，三天两头地发文件，动辄十几页的大部头，谁有工夫看？一年下来，人力资源部的文件发了厚厚一大摞，可说了些什么，员工可能看过 但却一问三不知。 </p>

<p> 有员工反映，人力资源部的领导，总爱在大会小会 上谈理念、做动员，场面确实很好看、很煽情，但事后往往看不到具体行动，更看不到什么实际效果，给人一种“雷声大、雨点小”、虚张声势、虎头蛇尾的感觉。 人力资源部热衷作秀，事情虽然轰轰烈烈地开场，但如果执行不到位，贯彻不下去，员工的期望值越高，失落感便越强。人力资源工作不能仅仅停留在煽情上，更要 传情。 </p>
<p> 第四点不足：自以为是 </p>
<p> 这 都是第一点不足惹的祸――既然人力资源部的定位是公司的战略伙伴、文化代言人和咨询顾问，于是自视甚高，钻进用时尚的管理理念营造的象牙塔里不能自拔，制 定措施和方案时往往脱离实际，追求理想化，自行其事。从业务经理到普通员工，谁都不买账。结果只能是自弹自唱，曲高和寡。 <br /> </p>
