早餐吃两个鸡蛋就能轻松减肥

据《每日邮报》2日报道，科学家发现，那些以荷包蛋、水煮蛋或炒鸡蛋作为早餐的人和其他人相比能够多减去约2/3的体重。
美国路易斯安那州立大学的研究者针对一组超重和肥胖妇女进行了一项试验。她们可以选择两只鸡蛋或百吉饼作为早餐，这两份早餐含有相同的热量，重量也大致相等。八星期后，研究者比较发现，食用鸡蛋的人多减去65%的重量，同时，腰围缩小的尺寸也是食用百吉饼的人的两倍。
早餐吃鸡蛋之所以有助减肥，因为它比其他食品能使人维持更长久“饱”感。所以早餐吃过鸡蛋后，人们接下来吃的食物就会减少。肥胖专家尼基尔·德安德哈尔说，“一顿鸡蛋早餐至少能减轻24小时内的能量需求”。
至于吃鸡蛋为什么容易使人饱，目前还没有明确结论，据猜测这和它含有大量蛋白质有关。
德安德哈尔认为，这些发现具有指示意义。在很多文化传统中，鸡蛋都是早餐的一部分，这可能正是因为它能帮助人们减少能量摄取，达到减肥目的。
英国食品标准局说，尽管鸡蛋中含有胆固醇，但是相比之下，蛋糕、饼干和馅饼里的饱和脂肪对人体更为不利。他们同时提醒，鸡蛋只是健康、均衡饮食的一部分，应尽量保持食物的多样性。
